ARTIST BIO
Carrie MeeRan is a Korean-American visual artist from Seattle, residing in Vancouver, WA. MeeRan draws dualities in human nature. Her work explores complexities within the human experience. Her art is inspired by love, hope & transformation. Her semi-figurative & abstract paintings are acrylic medium. She started showing in Seattle in 2000. Stranger described her charcoal drawings as “Klee-like”. Her passion is authentic creative expression. Carrie is a devoted wife and mother to two beautiful children.
